If you are a student, at any academic level, interested in career-related training and employment which focuses on or supports the protection and conservation of fish, wildlife, and plants, and their habitats; the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Student Education Employment Program is for you. This program includes positions such as biologists, refuge officers and managers, outdoors recreation planners and rangers, wildlife inspectors, engineers, and realty specialists. Opportunities in the clerical, administrative, and technical fields are also available.
With over 728 offices and field stations, including 520 National Wildlife Refuges, 66 National Fish Hatcheries, 64 fishery resource offices and 78 ecological services field stations, there is an opportunity for you.
